We’re looking for a Personal Lines Broker to join our insurance team on a full-time basis, with the position available immediately.
Whether you’re an experienced Personal Lines Broker or looking to start your career in insurance, we’d love to hear from you!
This is a client-facing role, ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, helping people and delivering excellent customer service.
What you’ll be doing
As part of our insurance team, you’ll help clients find suitable insurance cover for their individual needs, providing friendly, professional advice and ongoing support.
Key duties will include:
- Handling new business enquiries and arranging insurance quotations
- Assisting clients with policy renewals and amendments
- Supporting clients with claims enquiries and administration
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Keeping client records accurate and up to date
- Ensuring work is carried out in line with company procedures and regulatory requirements
Previous insurance experience would be welcomed, but we’re also keen to hear from enthusiastic individuals looking to develop a career in the industry.
