Becca Johns-Ogier

Becca joined Oracle in June 2026 as a Personal Lines Manager.

With over a decade of management experience and professional qualifications including Cert CII and a CMI Level 3 Certificate, Becca brings a wealth of knowledge to the team. She was drawn to Oracle by the welcoming people, supportive atmosphere and the opportunity to take on a new challenge with a local Guernsey company.

As Personal Lines Manager, Becca oversees the day-to-day running of the Personal Lines Insurance team, with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service, supporting the team and continually improving the way they work.

Outside of work, Becca enjoys gardening and growing her own fruit and vegetables, keeping active with the gym, sea swimming and running, and unwinding with a good book or video game. She’s also passionate about protecting Guernsey’s environment and volunteers as a Guernsey Wombler, helping to keep the island’s beaches and countryside litter-free.
